Are PFG products covered by a warranty?
Pro Football Group strives to provide only high value premium quality products to its customers. Hence, all our products are covered by a 12 month warranty and a replacement in case of any major fault. I am from an academy and want to order products, do you offer discounts?

In an endeavor to contribute towards the development of future sports stars we try to promote our products to all levels. I want to customize an order with printing or stitching, is this possible?
Pro Football Group offers personalization option for certain products. If you want to customise your order, kindly send in a request with details of your order at sales@profootballgroup.com.au and our customer service representative will get back to you with possible options and a quote for your custom order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Pro Football Group tries to make shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible for the customers. Therefore, we provide the option to place an order over telephone as well. Simply call us on 1300 800 PFG (734) and our friendly team members will take your order. To protect our Customers from any potential fraud, we do not accept any payments over the phone. Once our staff has entered your order, we will send you an invoice by email for you to make payment for your order. We offer multiple payment options.
Can you rush my order?
We try to deliver the products as soon as possible however if you wish to speed up the process just let us know. Contact us at support@profootballgroup.com.au and tell us your desired date of delivery. Please note additional administration and shipping charges may apply for express delivery and request must be submitted before the order is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.
What are the payment options?
Pro Football Group offers multiple payment options. Payments can be made through PayPal or via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We also accept AfterPay and ZipPay.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order requirement at Pro Football Group.

How much will it cost to deliver multiple items?
Pro Football Group is delighted to offer exciting discounts on bulk purchase. We can put together a custom training pack for you as per your requirements or you could select the training gear and get in touch with us to avail discounts. Send us an email at sales@profootballgroup.com.au along with the details of the products you want to order and we will get back to you immediately with a quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 5 to 10 working days. We email you a Tracking Number when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can use the Tracking Number to check your order status by visiting our track my order page. If you have any other queries please feel free to get in touch with us at support@profootballgroup.com.au. Note: Dispatch time may increase during peak time like Christmas/Boxing Day, Black Friday Cyber Monday, etc. Delivery to regional towns may take longer than 10 working days. Deliveries may also be impacted by events like floods, bush fires, etc.

Returns or Exchange
What is your return and exchange policy?
In case you are not happy with the product due to a major fault or if it doesn’t meet the specifications as mentioned on the site, please get in touch with us. I may need to claim within the 12 month warranty period, what is the process?
In case you encounter an issue with your product, which is still within the warranty period, kindly get in touch with us at sales@profootballgroup.com.au. Kindly mention the invoice number of the product along with the issue in your email and we will try our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
What if my delivered items have been damaged?
Pro Football Group delivers all the products through a selection of trusted carriers and ensures that the products are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transportation. However, if you receive a damaged product kindly get in touch with us immediately. Email us at support@profootballgroup.com.au and we will try our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
